How do I browse the catalogue?

Go to the Catalogue to view the sets

I’ve forgotten my password.

Go to My Account to reset your password. A new random password will be emailed to you which you can then change later if you wish.

How do I login to my account?

Click My Account and enter your username and password, if you don't have one then you can also register for free.

How do I sign up for updates via email?

On Home Page, click Sign up for updates (centre bottom).

Why can’t I buy a score without a set?

We only sell scores with a set, or to those who have previously purchased that particular set.

How do I order extra parts?

From the Browse Catalogue screen, click View Details for the piece you require.  Then click add to basket.  From here you can select the quantity of parts you require.  Simply change the 'set' part to 0 and add any additional parts you require.

Why don’t you provide sound samples?

Most items in our catalogue are arrangements of well-known classics which will already be very familiar to ensemble directors – less well known works can usually be easily sourced.

Despatch and Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We will normally despatch your order within 3 days of receipt of payment or official Purchase Order (as applicable).  For second class post, Royal Mail aims to deliver your letter or packet by the third working day after posting, including Saturday.  For standard parcels, Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days of despatch. 

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to change your delivery address before the order has been despatched, please email us with the new address.

My order hasn’t arrived.  What do I do?

If you have not received your order by 7 days after the notified despatch date, please contact us by email .

What payment methods can I use?

Three payment methods are available:

  • Bank Transfers
  • Cheque by post
  • Purchase Order (Schools, Colleges and other educational establishments only)

Returns Information

There is a fault with my order.  What do I do?

If any item is damaged, faulty or missing, please contact us by email as soon as possible so that we can advise you how to proceed.  All agreed replacements will be sent free of charge.
