Placing an online order

Login or Register

If you are a new customer, please register via Login (top right of screen). The information you supply is only used for ordering purposes. We will not disclose your information to third parties.

Purchasing

To purchase an item choose a title from Browse Catalogue then click on Quick Add if you just require a standard set, or click View Details if you need additional parts or sets.  Clicking Add to Basket opens the screen for ordering extra parts. 

Please note that additional parts may only be purchased if you have bought, or are buying, a complete set for that arrangement.

Basket

          You can view your order, edit quantities and delete items by clicking on Basket

Checkout

When you are ready to complete your order, click on Checkout and make sure your details are correct.  You can enter a different address for delivery if required.

          Select your payment method.

Payment options

Bank transfer 

Please choose this payment method if you would like to transfer the payment for this order directly from your bank to ours. You will be provided with an order reference and all the necessary bank details to enable you to make the transfer.   Your order will be recorded but your item(s) will not be posted until the transfer has been completed.  

Cheque by post 

Please print the order form (containing your address and order details) and post with your cheque to Ling Music, White Croft, Two Hedges Road, Woodmancote, Cheltenham, Glos, GL52 9PT.

Please make cheques payable to ‘Ling Music’.  Your order will be recorded but your item(s) will not be posted until your payment has been received.

Purchase Order - for education establishments only

This payment method can be used by Schools, Colleges and other educational establishments as an alternative to Cheque by post or Bank Transfer.

Please email us with your official Purchase Order document quoting the Order Reference that will be provided when you select this option at the checkout.  (Alternatively you may send your Purchase Order by post.)

Payment can be made via BACS or cheque.  Our invoice will quote your Purchase Order number and will provide all the necessary bank details for paying by BACS.  Alternatively payment can be made by cheque.  Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.

Completion of Order

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have entered on your order.  This will contain the details of your order and your order reference number.  Please check the details and inform us by email of any errors.

We will normally despatch your order within 3 days of receipt of payment or official Purchase Order (as applicable).

Changing your order

If you need to amend your order before payment has been made or before the order has been despatched, please email us for advice.

To Order by Post

If you are not able to order online, a printable order form is available for download.

Simply send the completed order form along with your cheque  for the full amount (inclusive of £2.50 postage and packing if the order is for £20 or less).  Cheques should be made payable to ‘Ling Music’ and sent to Ling Music, White Croft, Two Hedges Road, Woodmancote, Cheltenham, Glos. GL52 9PT

Delivery costs and arrangements

Shipping and Handling

Orders over £20 are sent free of charge by standard Royal Mail UK delivery.

The delivery charge for orders of £20 or less is £2.50.

Delivery schedule

All items are sent by standard Royal Mail UK delivery.

We will normally despatch your order within 3 days of receipt of payment or official Purchase Order (as applicable).

If you require any items more quickly please contact us by email and we will do our best to help.

Confirmation of order

You will receive emails confirming receipt of your order and also when (and how) your order has been despatched.  The acceptance of your order will take place on despatch of the good(s) ordered. 

Returns

Returns of damaged / faulty items

If any items are damaged, faulty or missing please contact us by email as soon as possible so that we can advise you how to proceed.  All agreed replacements will be sent free of charge.

Your right to cancel

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods.  To do this, please notify us by email (or post) quoting your order reference.    A full refund will be made within 30 days.  Any goods to be returned should be in a saleable condition and in the original packaging (if possible) with a covering note quoting the Invoice Number.  You are responsible for paying any return delivery costs.
